Windows freezes microsoft framework version 2.0 for 30 sec to 2 minutes then resumes. I've done virus/malware scans and nothing shows Quickbooks 2008/09 on Windows 7 hangs when I run the reconcile feature up Mouse moves but often even task manager won't respond for a while.  I read there is a hotfix KB2265716 that might apply.  Can anyone address this?
