Vista aero not working, No colors tab, Black previews, HELP?

My system has the requirements to run Vista Aero and has been running it just fine until one Network Authentication And User Credentials day I turned on the computer and it just showed the Windows Classic color scheme and the problems below were found.

Things that work right:
Display Settings show 32-bit and 60 Hz monitor refresh rate.GFX card drivers are up to date.
The following problems were found:
Windows Color and Appearance - no Colors options and when choosing Appearance, Windows Dwm exe Download Vista Basic and Aero when chosen do not preview anything but black.
Windows Classic, Standard, and the High Contrast options are available however and preview properly.Theme - choosing Windows Vista previews properly but when Applied does not show the SD card will not recognize in computer's SD card slot. theme w/ Aero but does have the desktop background and only Windows Classic scheme on it.
Windows Classic shows blue background and the Windows classic scheme.when trying to install a new theme (not listed above) found on How Can I Disable The Popup Control In User Account That Pops Up On My Desktop To Allow Or Deny Changes When I Open A Program Without Changing My User Account Settings. the internet, it does not show preview either and just straight black in the preview box.
Following solutions did not work:
Restarting Theme The operating system is not presently configured to run this application and Desktop Windows Services Manager services in services.msc.Running /sfc scannow in CMD w/ administrator.

What can I do?!?!

You may have set the "Theme" to classic then set the Color and Appearance to Aero:
1.
In Personalization click on "Themes"
2.
Under "Theme" choose "Windows Vista", if it's already set to Windows Vista, choose "Windows Classic" instead.
Click the "Apply" button and wait.
3.
Now choose "Windows Vista" under "Theme".
Click the "Apply" button, wait, then the OK button.
