AppData Errors - Permissions. Tech Support

AppData Errors - Permissions.

Recently I have encountered some problems with my admin AppData folder.
When I start Visual Studio I receive an error about the program not being able to create the application folder.Java also has not been working so when I went to reinstall Java I received an error that stated the download failed to transfer to my AppData folder.Lastly, I'm unsure if this is related; however, since these problems began occurred my dell dock will not run at start up anymore along with itunes acting as if it is used for the first time every time it is opened.
The AppData problems began to occur after I made a second non-admin user account.
So, I went to the permissions of the folder and gave full control to all users and that still had no affect.
As a result of the problem I deleted the second user account to
troubleshoot the problem yet, I have sadly came out with no luck.
If Anyone could help me out I would greatly apreciate it.

Hi TooRecycled,

1.    What is the error message you receive when you start Visual Studio on the computer?
2.    What is the error message you received when reinstalling java on the computer?

I would suggest that you uninstall and later install the latest java package using the standalone package, check if it helps.
Refer the below to know how to uninstall java from the computer.

Refer the below link to download and install java using the standalone package.
