How to Resolve - Auto-Fill Button will not work on IE8.?

Auto-Fill Button will not work on IE8.

Once the Auto-Fill info is provided.
you save the info and it disappears with IE8 running.
I have tried this with many system re-boots, and many IE8 restarts.
It is driving me nuts, even with new Downloads from MS site.
Google Chrome works much faster,
but no Auto-Fill capability.

Hi Admpc,
Internet Explorer's AutoComplete feature lets you more quickly fill out web forms and navigate to websites you have visited in the past.
AutoComplete collects and stores in the registry on your computer the data you type in web form text
boxes and the Address bar.
If you choose to use AutoComplete for passwords, they will be stored in encrypted form on your computer.
AutoComplete information is not shared with other users of your computer.
Check if auto complete is on.
1.       In Internet Explorer, click the
Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
2.       On the Content tab, in the AutoComplete section, click
Settings.
In the AutoComplete Settings dialog box, check the appropriate check boxes for the AutoComplete options you do not wish to use, and then click OK.
 3.       Make sure that you have the history box checked.
The Internet Explorer 8 comes with numerous features that are not available with Internet Explorer 7.
To explore the features you can check out the below link:
