apps/tiles not opening since downloading windows 8.1
I have a brand new Toshiba C850-1G2 which came ready with Windows 8.
I upgraded as I was advised to and since then I lost my mouse which I managed to enable in the control panel by using the keyboard but each time I click a tile in the start page it doesn't
open at all.
The only things that work are Internet explorer and what opens via the desktop.
I am not a techie and would be grateful for advice please!
