BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER bluescreen error

Hi,
I have a problem with blue screen errors since few months.
The error given is BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER.
Dont know why this happens.
And this happens randomly even when no USB devices are connected.
I am using Windows 7 ultimate on ACER Aspire 5745 Intel core i5 (1st gen) - 430M processor.
This has a 3GB DDR3 RAM with 320GB HDD.

This had started about 8 months back in November 2011 after i installed dosbox, a blue screen error had come which dint allow me to start my machine.
Dont know whether it happened because of dosbox.
After that I had formatted my machine and re-installed
Windows 7.
After which I used to get blue screen errors regularly but it used to restart and start functioning again.
I also got a new problem of not able to change my IP settings where the properties button of IPv4 was automatically disabled and could not
be solved even after re-installing the LAN drivers.
So I had again formatted my C drive and re-installed windows 7 yesterday but the problem of blue screen error still persists though the LAN drivers problem is solved.

Today I read a post on this webpage where u had given a solution on the basis of dmp file and so I am sending u my dmp file with this link:

Machine Throttling

Click the Start button.
In the Search box, type "regedit" (without quotes) and press Enter.
Look for the following registry key: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ SQMClient\Windows\DisabledSessions".
On the right window pane, delete the subkey: "Machine Throttling".
Reboot your computer.
