Calculating Ground Time Over a Matter of Days

Hi all
I am attempting to subtract a departure time from a prior arrival time, but i need the formula to take into account the dates of both the departure and arrival when performing the calculation:
Column A = Date
Column B = Departure Airport
Column C = Arrival Airport
Column D = Departure Time
Column E = Arrival Time

Airport CAK is the homebase for the plane. I have already isolated my flight leg data to only include departures and arrivals from home base. In the above data I want to subtract 21:10 on 1-14-2010 from 00:35 on 1-4-2010
then next subtract 13:15 on 1-22-2010 from 23:10 on 1-19-2010
and so on...
Does excel have the ability to perform this? and if so, any suggestions on formulas?

Assuming that you have the columns A, D, and E properly formatted as Date, Time, and Time respectively and that you want the calculated time at the home base just right to the respective "IN-time"
Also assuming that there is always one row between the home base IN time and the home base OUT time.
This assumption can be removed, but the formula will be more complex than.
In cell F3 put: =IF(C3="CAK",(A5+D5)-(A3+E3),"")
Copy cells F3 down as far as you have data in your table.
The requested times will appear on rows 4, 8, and so on.
Format the cells in column F the way you want your data presented.
In your example the results will be 260:35 and 62:05 if you have the Custom format [t]:mm
(Not sure about the "t".
It might be "h" in your "regional setting".
Try [h]:mm)

Run CHKDSK

Go to the Start button.
In the Search box, type "cmd" (without quotes) and press Enter.
At the command prompt, type "chkdsk /r /f" (without quotes) and press Enter.
Reboot your computer.

An error might pop up:

"Access denied as you do not have significant privileges. You have to invoke this utility in elevated mode."
