Can't type kana properly with japanese keyboard

I have a japanese computer with windows 7 OS japanese version.
 In Hiragana Mode usually when we type 'KO' in romaji it will appear as 'こ' ,but now when I type 'ko' it appears as 'のら'.
very inconvenience for me.
and I don't know how to change it since
I don't understand japanese.
