Can't connect to net via wireless (Airport Express)

The Airport works ok.
Other computers connect to the net thru it.
My dell laptop says it's connected to the Airport Express, but says the Airport express isn't connected to the web.
Simultaneously other laptops are connecting w/o problem.

The Airport is set up with no security.

·        Which operating system do you use?
Connect through a wired connection and check whether you are able to access Internet connection.
Step 1:
1.      Check whether you get an error message when you ping your IP address.
Follow the steps mentioned below.
a.       Click on Start button and type in cmd in the start search box.
b.      Right click on cmd and click run as administrator.
c.       Type in ipconfig and press enter.
That will give you the IP address of the computer.

2.      Now ping your computers ip address and check whether you are able to send and receive packets.
Follow the steps mentioned below.
a.       Click on Start button and type in cmd in the start search box.
b.      Right click on cmd and click run as administrator.
c.       Type in ping and press enter.

If you receive an error message at this point, there may be a communication problem between your system and the network adapter.
To correct this problem, remove and reinstall your network adapter driver.

Step 2:
Run Network Troubleshooter.

Step 3:
Try to uninstall any security software filter/protocol in the Wireless Adapter properties.
Do this as mentioned below.

1.      Open Network Connections by clicking the Startbutton, and then clicking Control Panel.
In the search box, type adapter, and then, under Network and Sharing
Center, click View network connections.
2.      Right-click your wireless adapter and then click Properties.
If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
3.      From the list under This connection uses the following itemsselect any security software filter/protocol and click Uninstall.
4.      Click OKand try enabling the wireless again.
