can't create a homegroup on my windows 7 computer

I had my homegroup set up and sharing printer between my 2 desktop computers, but know one of my computers is not able to connect to homegroup when i try to set it up it gives me this error message "windows cannot set up a homegroup on this computer" like
i said it was working fine, i did upgrade my anti-virus i dont know if that has anything to do with it. this is my office computer so im having really hard time because i can't no longer use my printer, i need desperate help.

Hi,
Assure that there is no HomeGroup in the network and then perform the following steps.
1. Use the Troubleshooting tool.
Please open
Control Panel and click the Troubleshooting icon.
Click "Network and Internet" and select
HomeGroup.

2. Can the Troubleshooting tool find the cause and fix the issue? If not, please move on to the next steps.
3.
Verify the following relevant services.
a.
Click "Start", type "services.msc" (without quotation marks) in the Search Bar and press
Enter.
Note: If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type your password, or click Continue.
b.
Right click the "Peer Networking Identity Manager" service and choose
Properties.
c.
Please click the Stop button to stop the service
temporarily.
d.
Access the following folder:
C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Roaming\PeerNetworking
e.
Clear all the files and folders inside.
f.
Start the following service gain: Peer Networking Identity Manager
g.
Reboot the computer and you should be able to rejoin the
HomeGroup.
3.
Enable IPv6
a.
Open "Network Connections" window, right click the "Local
Area Connection" and click
Properties.
b.
Select "Internet Protocol Version
6 (TCP/IPv6)"
c.
Click OK.
4.
Temporarily turn off firewall on the
machine.

Use the System File Checker tool to repair corrupted or missing system files:

Click Start.
Type cmd, and then press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to open the elevated command prompt (I.e. Command prompt with administrative rights).
The User Account Control window should appear, be sure that the action it exhibits is correct, and then press the Continue button.
Type or copy paste the below command line into it without quotes:
"Sfc /scannow"
