Download Error Fixer (Free)

Hi John Sylvanus,

According to your issue, I highly recommend you reinstall Office.
As I know, The Microsoft Office 2003 has offcln utility, If you are unable to remove Office through the Add/Remove Programs Control Panel, try launching the Office Installer.
You can use
either method below to completely remove your present edition of Office.

Method 1:  Microsoft has its own tool to uninstall office.
You can download Windows Installer Cleanup utility at this page.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301, Then install Windows Installer Cleanup utility to remove Office 2003.

Method 2:  You also can use Office 2003 installation disc to reinstall Office following the steps below.
1.
Put the Office 2003 installation disc into the CD drive and click Open.
2.
Double-click Files, and then double-click Pfiles.

3.
Double-click Msoffice.
Then double-click Office 2003.
4.
Double-click Offcln.exe, Then follow the instruction to uninstall the Office.
