Canon does not support that particular product underneath Windows 7 x64.
They state as much, "Canon imageCLASS D860: This product is compatible with
Windows 7 32-bit.
There are no drivers available for Windows
7 64 bit." and "No 64bit drivers are currently available for this SOHO product."
Unfortunately - Canon has decided this particular product is a legacy one.
