Transferring Files From Old Computer

Transferring Files From Old Computer

I would appreciate any help!

My computer died last week as the motherboard decided to take a permanent vacation.

I have taken my old hard drive out which was running Windows XP and there is no damage to any of the data (thank goodness).
The hard drive is now in place in my new computer as a slave drive only (E).

I want to transfer the settings from the old hard drive to the new hard drive which is running Windows 7.  I know there is a file transferring wizard however as the drive that i want to transfer from is a slave drive in what they term as the "New Computer",
I'm at a loss as to how to handle it.

The most important thing I am trying to get to happen is to transfer my settings and data from Incredimail.  I also want all of my bookmarks and other data too, of course.

Can anyone please offer me a solution of how to use the transferring wizard to transfer from a slave drive to the C Drive?

Thanks in anticipation.
