Hi Microsoft

My organization is currently using Ms Excel 2007 with 128-bit encryption for sensitive files.
If the user saved the file to lower version, Excel 2003 format, will the 128-bit encryption be retained as I understand that Excel 2003 only support 40-bit encryption.
Please advise.
