I recently upgraded vista 32-bit home premium to windows 7 upgrade 32-bit home premium. One of my major problems is that after wakeup from sleep my laptop will crash then reboot.

I have a Toshiba laptop that is fully compatible with windows 7.
If anyone can help I would be very grateful.

I recommend you to download the graphics card driver and display drivers from the system manufacturer website or get in touch with them to get the graphics card driver that is compatible with Windows 7 and install it successfully to check its
functionality.

If the issue persists then do a clean boot.
Clean Boot
Test in a Clean Boot environment to see if this issue is related to interference from other services / programs:
1.Click Start, type msconfig in the
Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
(If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click
Continue.)
2.On the General tab, click
Selective Startup.
3.Under Selective Startup, click to clear the
Load Startup Items check box.
4.Click the Services tab, click to select the
Hide All Microsoft Services check box, and then click
Disable All.
5.Click OK.
6.When you are prompted, click Restart.
7.Log back into your Account.
If the problem does not return while your computer is in a clean boot mode, a background program is likely causing interference.
You may determine which background program is causing the problem through following the steps (Begin at

On running the System Update readiness Command, it will Detect & Replace Incorrect Registry data with the Correct one.   1. Open CMD as Administrator by Simply Right Clicking on Start button > Command Prompt (Admin).
  2. Now Type or Copy paste "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth" and hit Enter,
  3. Now again Type or Copy paste this "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" and hit Enter.
  4. Close the Command Prompt Window because we are done.
