Are you facing this issue only with inbuilt Microsoft games?

I would suggest you to follow these steps and check if it helps.
Method 1:
First, I would suggest you to go to go to device manager and check if there is any exclamation mark for the graphic card.
If yes, then try updating the drivers for the graphic card and check if it helps, here is the link:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Update-a-driver-for-hardware-that-isnt-working-properly
If you don’t find the drivers in Windows updates, go to manufacturer’s website download the latest drivers and install it.
Check if it helps.
Method 2:
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the games from Turn Windows features on or off and check if it helps, here are the steps:

Click the Start button, click Control Panel, click Programs, and then click Turn Windows features on or off.
If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
2Uncheck Games and hit ok.

Restart the computer, follow the same procedure, and check Games.
