I have an acer aspire 571 and it wont connect with Bluetooth  to any device when I look at the troubleshooter the is a red cross over the transmitting icon I look in the device manager and there is an exclamation mark against the Bluetooth audio device I
have checked the drivers and they everything states they are the latest drivers.

In the Bluetooth audio device properties it states device cannot start (code 10) object path was not a directory object.
best device driver software was installed.
