Just got a new Dell Inspiron 15 with Windows 8.1 and I am trying to change my wireless network settings (Password, etc.) so I can connect and all the instructions I have found indicate that I should be able to right click on the name of the wireless network
in charms bar - Settings - Networks menu, but it does nothing.  I am able to right click on the desktop with no problem so the touchpad would seem to be OK.  Any ideas on what the problem may be or maybe some other way to access the wireless settings for a
network?
