The Update for Windows Update in my Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit computer did not install.
The error code is; 80070643.

I found another Error code that led me to the fix that worked for me from a program I installed on my computer.
IObit's Advanced System Care Pro V5.3.0 and the Toolbox part of the program section called "Security Holes Scanner".
Which gave me the Windows
Update Error 0x8007000B that is the error number for the Windows Update Agent I needed that FixIt couldn't repair.

Back in Windows Update Help I Typed in the error number and did get instructions to fix it.

If you receive error 8007000b when you try to install Windows 7 updates, the
Windows file system transaction log has become corrupted.
The transaction log is used by the
Windows file system to recover when a file error occurs.
To correct this update error, you need to clear the log.
Here's how:

To clear the file system transaction log

Click the Start button , and then, in the search box, type
Command Prompt.
In the list of results, right-click Command Prompt, and then click
Run as Administrator.
If you're prompted for an administrator
password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
At the command prompt, type the following command, and then press Enter.
(This command assumes that drive C is the drive on which
Windows 7 is installed.
If Windows is installed on another drive, change the drive letter accordingly.)
fsutil resource setautoreset true C:\
You should see a message saying the operation was completed successfully.
If not, check your spelling and try again.

Type Exit, and then press Enter to close the Administrator: Command Prompt window.
Restart your computer.
Download and install the update again.

It Did work for me! If anyone else has this same problem I hope it will work for you, it was very upsetting being unable to figure out the problem and get my Updates especially since the Microsoft Fixes did not work.
