When I copy content from a webpage, style is not carried in my Word 2007, especially the background color, why ?

It carries the styles properly in older versions(2000,2004) of Word.

Please let me know how to achieve the same in later versions(2007,2010) of Word.

I am using Word 2007 on Windows XP.
