Problems with my curser?

Anytime I need to use my curser to click on something to i.e.
download I have to close every other screen that's open before  I can access the download box and check run with my cursor or open  otherwise the box just keeps disappearing if I try with other
screens open and this goes for anything I try to do using my mouse to open , close, run, save, anything with that has a small screen to answer or respond with my mouse using its cursor and there are screens open even 1 & I have to close it otherwise it will
disappear behind that screen.  What  can I do to fix this?  I do have  a wireless keyboard and mouse, I 've changed batteries in both I tried updated the drivers , then I took logisticare  off nothing has helped!  anyone have any answers why this started to
happen?  I think it started after I used a trial of TuneUpUtilities 13 which I did discontinue early so if someone thinks its that I have some time left to go back on it, but I have no idea what it would have been, does someone else!  I would greatly appreciate
any advice at all!  Thank you for your time and consideration to my problem!

Hello Dorothy,
TuneUp Utilities is an "optimization" suite of utilities that can often play havoc with computers.
Try going back in time before you installed TuneUp Utilities.
You do that by going to Control Panel, and click on System.
When that window opens, go to the
left-hand menu and click on System protection.
 
That will open the System protection tab, and you select System Restore in the middle of the page.
Its self-directed and self-explanatory, just follow the wizard and select a time before you did the trial of TuneUp Utilities.

Boot in Safe Mode:

• Open Run command as previously described
• Type MSConfig
• Click on Boot tab
• Tick Safe boot in Boot option
• Select Network
• Click Apply and OK
• Reboot your system

Your system will boot in Safe mode with Networking. You may now try and open Windows Store and should not see any errors.
