Excel 2007 Dependent List linked to second Dependent List

I have a simple table that has two columns.

The first column has pop-down lists for each cell, drawing data from a second sheet within the same document.

The second column has pop-down lists for each cell, drawing data from the second sheet within the same document, however the data shown to choose from is based only on the selection made in the first column.

I built this some time ago and had to add another category and cannot remember how I formulated these cells to perform this way.

Could anyone please help me to configure this new category to function as the others?
