I try to create an formula to get the final cost with the following criteria:
Cost per lot $5 with a minimum charge $30 if the total cost is less than $30 and a maximum charge $200 if total cost is over $200.
for example cell A2 is the cost per lot and B2 is the number of lot (41 lots)
=if(A2*B2>30,A2*B2,30) get $205 at cell C2
then apply the function at D2 =if(C2<200,+C2,200) to generate the final cost $200.
Is there any better way to get the final cost?  Please advise.
