Can you use Office (Word/Excel) data off a thumb drive without copying it to the SkyDrive?
In other words, creating it and saving it to a thumb drive without saving it to the Sky Drive?

 Unfortunately, the Office Web Apps do not work against thumb drives.
 One thing you can do, is upload whatever file you'd like to SkyDrive, edit it there, and
