Had a problem viewing emails on outlook 7 after an automatic update was installed.
Searched for help and was directed to go into outlook's trust center and uncheck add-ins.
Went in and could only uncheck 2 after which time I experienced another problem,
ms outlook now only flashes on screen for 2 seconds and disappears.
Got frustrated (because I don't know what I'm doing in the first place) and tried system restore twice with different restore dates.
Still getting outlook that flashes on screen for 2 seconds
and disappears.
Thought about uninstalling Outlook and reinstalling it using the drivers and utilities cd that came with the system, but not sure how to do that either.
Why is this happening and what should I do.?
